Sea World

A couple of weekends ago we visited Sea World. We wanted to take advantage of the deal they were running that lets you come back all year for the price of one ticket. The Lights, my parents and Wilma also came. Unfortunately we picked a day when the I-8 was closed and there were marathons, concerts and detours everywhere! We got there before anyone else in the group, so we went and got lunch while we waited for them. They had a beer "tour of the world" and a beer "tour of America", so we thought, why not? We felt a teeny bit guilty enjoying our lunch and drinks while everyone else was frustrated in traffic. But just a teeny bit :) Then we went and saw the Shamu Show (others still in traffic...).

Lunch

 Eric watching Shamu

It is so fun to watch your kids see things and be amazed!

 An awesome show

The rest of the group finally got there!
Eric and Eden got to pet a llama. You know. A llama. At Sea World.

 My Jake 'n' Bake

At the Shark Encounter

Eric was most excited to see the sharks. He loved it!

This picture is really dark, but it's Eric sleeping that night clutching his shark and the stuffed whale Christian won for him at the park. (Oh, and Jake's Shamu, too.)
