Welcome to the World, Eric!

Well, the doctor was right! He came on the 18th! Our little guy was born at 5:46am on Thursday. He weighed 7 lbs 13 oz, and was 19 1/4 inches. I will post more info about my labor later for those of you who are interested in that sort of thing :)

The last 5 days have been so amazing. We honestly can't believe just how much we love this child!! He is the most precious and wonderful thing. God has truly showered us with his blessings in the past year, and we are so grateful to Him for this incredible gift!!

We went to the doctor's office today. Everything was great, he's a healthy boy!

Uncle John's home! Eric enjoyed meeting him today.

It's December.... Ready or not...!!

I can't believe December is here! On the one hand, I feel like we've been waiting forever, and on the other, it seems to have flown by! The nursery is all finished, and we love how it turned out.

This chair is so comfy! Good thing, since we'll probably clock a lot of hours in it :) Dave and Linda passed it along to me. They bought it when when Angela was born, and they lived in this house - so it's back to it's original home :)

This is my Uppercase Living tractor. I am so happy with it!

Just an update, I had an appointment yesterday and everything looks great. We were talking about guesses of when we thought he might come, since the Dr. says probably early. His guess is December 18! We'll try not to get our hopes up too much, but the carseat's hooked up and bags packed -- just in case :)

Baby Shower at Gramma's

I had my second shower this weekend. We had it up at Gramma's in her beautiful sunroom. Everything was wonderful! It was so fun to have so many of the people I care about most in the world all together!
